Global Midwifery Fee
$5,000
A discount of $200 is offered for those who pay in full by 20 weeks.
Prenatal visits every 3-5 weeks until 35 weeks and then every 1-2 until delivery.
Basic prenatal labs
3-5 postpartum visits, more if needed
On call for your birth from 37-42 weeks
Labor support until a minimum of 2 hours post delivery
Birth pool rental
A birth assistant for the midwife
Not included in the fee:
Ultrasound
Birth kit (about $100)

We also offer preconception planning and well-woman care.
Preconception
Comprehensive health assessment including medical history, physical exam, and lab work
Nutritional and lifestyle recommendations to optimize health for fertility and pregnancy
Information on genetic screening for conditions that could effect pregnancy
Fertility awareness education including cycle tracking and timing of intimacy for conception
Referral to specialty fertility care if needed
Well-Woman
Comprehensive annual exam including physical, Pap smear, breast exam, and lab work
STI testing and fertility/menstrual cycle awareness
Support for menopause symptoms
Nutritional guidance and lifestyle recommendations to optimize health
Specialist referrals when needed including pelvic floor therapy, mental health, nutritional counseling, infertility, and hormone needs

Lab draw fee: $15 + cost of labs

This is a standard screening usually performed at 1-2 days after birth. It involves collecting a few drops of blood from your baby’s heel. See everything the newborn screening tests for here.
